Refund & Return Policy

Custom Products At Make My Mini, we specialize in creating custom 3D miniatures tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at info@makemymini.com with your order number.

Returns

  • As each miniature is made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@makemymini.com with your order number and parcel opening video & photos of the damage.
  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a partial/full refund depending on the issue.

Refund Process

  • Once we confirm the issue (damaged/defective product), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • We do not offer refunds for customer errors, such as incorrect details provided during the ordering process (e.g., wrong pose, inaccurate personalization).
  • Delays in shipping caused by the carrier or customs are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
